A few years ago my son was a pastor in  Alaska. We loved to go visit at least twice a year and were enthralled by the vast beauty and majesty of the mountains. Of course, the natural beauty that got most of our attention was our grandchildren. One year we were fortunate to travel toward Denali National Park and were captivated by the breathtaking view along with all of the flowers seen along the way. When we returned a patron of the arts came to me and commissioned a painting of Denali. I was so thankful to have it fresh on my mind along with several reference photographs I had taken. I thank the Lord when I think of how He orchestrated creation and how He enabled me to fulfill the desires of this lady's heart. This image is how it looks hung in her home.
