A very precious lady brought me a collection of quilts she had that were created by people who were very special to her. She said, "I don't know how you want to put them together, on a clothes line or whatever, but I would like them on the same canvas." It is wonderful to have an open-ended, commissioned order that leaves the artist open to interpret the dream of the patron. This is the completed work hanging in her home. She was very excited and felt it turned out just as she had envisioned.
